Really good roasting/oven trays

I am sick of spending on supermarket trays for the non stick not last and they end up in the bin. I'd like to invest in a couple of decent ones. I don't have hundreds to spend so I suspect Le Cruset will be out of budget but if you have any ideas I'd be grateful.

IKEA do some really good ones. I got one years ago with an adjustable rack and its lasted for years. Stainless steel too

Thanks. I don’t have an ikea near me unfortunately. It’s about an hours drive. I might look at them online though.

I don't think Tesco sell it anymore but I use a big ceramic roasting dish that I got from there ages ago, like the kind you might use for roasting veggies or cooking a lasagne/tray bake, I think it cost about £10 or so. Mine even fits in my worktop dishwasher so cleaning it is super easy and there's no coating to come off - I switched to using it instead of metal ones for the same reason that the non-stick coating kept coming off.

Tk max often has good ones. Failing that Lakeland are reliable.
