Smart/casual party.

Is a (very nice, quite plain) black leather bikers jacket considered as smart/casual? I was thinking, with a midi length pleated skirt (floaty, but lined, lepard print-ish), grey suede boots and a pretty top. It's to wear to an evening party, cocktail hours, sort of thing.

Personally, I wouldn't think that fits into smart casual.
Just casual.

But you know your friends, and I don't.

Jacket is casual.

That's the thing, really. It's not actually friends, it's more a corporate do.
