Day to myself in Brighton - ideas of what to do please

I’ve got a free day today and am not familiar with the area. I like live music, art galleries, markets and would really like to go to a sound bath.

Is anyone on here local to the area and got some good ideas for me?

I love Brighton Music Hall, but depends on who is playing.

You can go to the Pavillion and the Museum (next door to each other), both lovely and very different to each other. The lanes north and south are great for wandering around. If you like hot chocolate then Knoops near the town hall is worth a visit. Iydea is good for food they have several branches, also Flat Iron is an excellent steak restaurant, not mega pricey but they’ve just opened in Brighton. There’s also Wagamamas and various usual suspects for lunch.
I would avoid the pier in this weather it won’t be pleasant.
