Hiya...my situation is a long one ...but I will make it short ...Best I can....my son met this Scottish girl .. she abused him nearly killed him. Found out she was pregnant. Had the child...wouldn't let my son see the child ...lied to him by not disclosing she had put his child into Foster care.. my son went thru social work and solicitors to get his daughter. In that process she accuesed my son of raping her.. which he did not..she dropped the case. Our grandaughter now lives with us...we have expressed to Scottish courts our concerns of the mother for the child's safety. The courts made a supervision contact and she again accused my son of physical abuse of the child...obviously social work police came done their bit...no concerns...now she was granted unsupervised contact much to our disbelief. Even though she suffers from eupd and self harms ....during the contact she has abused our granddaughter and last year made another allegation against my other son about sexually abusing my granddaughter...he was out the family home for 6 months.. he has been found innocent ...with nfa and her medicals were negative...my son also got arrested by our police the parent of our grandchild for leaving a voicemail stupidly for her to use against him and had to go on an anger management course. Which he has completed...our grandchild told a gp that her mother kicks and slaps and hurts her amongst other things . My son reported this to Hampshire Police who have sent it to Scottish police . 6 months ago ..no arrests have Been made nothing...he has to now go to court up in scotland to vary the contact order . .to try and stop it..whilst the mother wants her daughter back or resume contact.. its so hard...my son is soo angry and upset . And can't believe this is all happening. No solicitors..dwn here will help unless an arrest is made for legal aid...we are just a middle class family just getting by...I'm stuck I don't know what to do.. any advice
