Vinted. What would you do?

Advertised as New Without Tags and the description just describing the colour and brand.
I open the package and immediately the heel comes off the shoe.
They were cheap, I could easily get them repaired at the cobblers.
But would you accept them or raise a case with vinted?

Send it back.

I'd raise it and see what's offered.

I'd just stop using vinted. Happens too much.

I would send that back and raise an issue.

I would report an issue. The seller may well be genuine and the shoe has been damaged in transit, but that’s not your fault.
