What’s happened to Superdrug My Little Star fragrance free wipes

In my local Superdrug there is a shelf full of them labelled “not for sale”. Online they are also unavailable. Presumably they have discontinued the range but surely just discount the old ones and launch a new one? I used these all the time for my kids. Anyone who works in Superdrug who could shed some light on this or does anyone know of a similar quality brand? Thanks!

Well the biodegradable version is available. So if I was to chuck a guess out there it’ll be to do with plastic in wipes. I’ll have a google to see if sanitary products count as single use plastics which I believe a lot of governments and companies are trying to move away from.

@TY78910 thanks for this! There was only one packet left of the biodegradable at my local shop, probably bought up cos they were the only ones available. I’ll try and order those online.

@seeyouinanotherlifewhenwearebothcatsso strangely enough (I buy mine in bulk - Amazon own brand) and they’re mostly really long delivery times. Usually they come next day with prime but some selections showed December, managed to get a different combination in 5 days time. Maybe there’s a shortage on wipes!

Update, I went into my local store to check were the biodegradable ones in stock and the green packs were back on sale! I stockpiled 😆
