Countryside hotel recommendations

Anyone got a recommendation for a nice hotel for DH and I to have a weekend away for our anniversary? Ideally a short drive / train from London. Happy to go a bit pricey as we’d only stay for one night. Maybe with a pool / spa / lovely grounds. It’s not till the summer, just starting to think about it now.

Pendley Manor hotel in Tring might fit the bill? We've stayed a couple of times and very happy with it.

Fairmont Windsor, The Grove, Foxhills Manor, Estelle Manor, Four Seasons Hampshire
