Dumplin on Netflix

hope you pick up soon x

Checking Netflix ..... one of my favs "Crazy Stupid Love" is on there.
" Bridesmaids" is on there too.
"Knives Out"
I also really like "Before I fall" but depending on how you are feeling this might be a bit heavy going although I find it snaps me out of difficult times.

Now you see me on netflix, excellent film.

Blades of Glory.

AllSoComplicated · 30/10/2025 15:13

Depends on what makes you feel better I suppose.

I watched lots of John Wick and Chris Hemsworth in Extraction...guns/dumb action fun, to get me over a break up a while back.

Fluffy cheery things...I am less good at but will have a think 🤔

I liked the latest Bridget Jones as a pp suggested, but depending on what is making you feel low, it might be the wrong thing.

I also like Maggie Smith in The Lady in the Van.

FinGizz · 30/10/2025 22:53

Christ no - not if you like dogs. I was inconsolable when I watched it (also not in a good place at the time).

I think Detectorists is a good shout.

When my then 16 year old DS was dumped by his first serious girlfriend, he consoled himself by watching This is Spinal Tap.
