My DS has complained of abdominal pain for a few days, started lower in the abdomen but today is more on the left side and radiating outwards belly button and across abdomen. He’s had some bowel issues, flitting between the runs and then constipation (sorry TMI). He looks fairly pale and is tired, and has loss of appetite. He has said he thinks he may have developed a milk intolerance as latte’s etc cause him to have diarrhoea so he’s stopped having cows milk.
Any ideas what could be causing it? I did think appendicitis initially but the pain would be on the right rather than left, and he’s not in excruciating pain, but constantly there and tender.
