Chicken wellington

I want to attempt to make one to feed four not individual ones, does anyone have a good recipe please. Also does anyone know if it can be assembled the day before please?
Also what sides go well with this, it is for when friends come round so need to get it right!

The recipe as given says it serves two. One of the people commenting said she used two large chicken breasts and this made very large portions. I would think if you're having a first course and pudding and serving this with vegetables and maybe a nice sauce you could do this recipe with two large chicken breasts and it would make plenty for four.
