Testing my new Ninja crispi air fryer tonight - fave recipes please!

I'm a total air fryer newbie. Would love to hear your fave recipes, just give me some thoughts on where to start. x

Watching with interest as we only seem to do beige food in ours!

We treat it as a mini oven and grill

Have made;

Cakes and cupcakes, flapjacks etc
Lasagna/ pasta bakes
roast dinner
Ham joints
Fish like mackerel, tuna steak, salmon
Kebabs

We have a ninja dual flex (the one with a bug tray you can divide)

I also use small tins inside for loaf cakes / cupcakes lasagne etc.
