An item has been delivered - on 21st Oct - buyer has confirmed receipt in a message to me, but tracking won't update to release the payment.
Have used the 'contact us' button, sent the required screenshot confirming receipt, but money still not released.
Tried contacting vinted again, got an automated reply saying they already knew about my issue. Guidance says it should be resolved in 48hrs, it's now been 4 days.
There doesn't seem to be a contact number for customer services.
Anyone else had this issue? Did it get resolved?
