Not unless your username is the same as you use somewhere else (for example, Facebook) that is linked with your real name or other personal data.

Depends on how much personal information you include. It's easy to piece together information to identify someone. Perhaps change a few details in your posts to make yourself less identifiable. And change your username frequently.
