Kindles

Had my kindle (the first one to come out) for many years and accidentally stood on it last year.
Bought one from Vinted but it no longer holds its charge.
2 x Kindle tablets which again, don't hold charge and are VERY slow.

Looking at buying a new one. Any recommendations?

Are you looking for just the reading kindle, or a kindle fire?

I love my Kindle Fire 7! Holds its charge for ages, but I haven't made the mistake this time of downloading other stuff onto it, such as Facebook and Messenger, so I think that helps with battery life. I read for a good 2 hours at night when I go to bed and I only charge it every 6 to 8 weeks! And it takes no time to charge up either. Best one I've had!

I have the paperwhite.
Hardly ever have to charge it and when I do it charges very rapidly

I have this. I love it. Wait for Black Friday, I got it for £70.
