Help me find a wine

Is there such a wine that tastes like martini asti without the fizz? I love the taste of asti but I hate the fizz, really want to try a nice white that doesn't taste like vinegar!

Just open it a week before you want to drink it so it goes flat.

Martini Asti is a low alcohol content, sweet, and peachy/fruity wine. It's made of a grape called moscato bianco (or muscat blanc in french). If you like Asti you'll probably like a lot of moscato/muscat based whites. Sometimes they're a bit over sweet (the bubbles distract a bit from this) but if you like it sweet then maybe that's nice for you! Have it super cold I reckon. Should be able to find inexpensive options.
More generally it sounds like you'd enjoy a sweeter and lower alcohol white so if you're looking on menus etc and there's no muscat, go with something which is described as "peachy" or "soft fruits" rather than "oak" or "mineral" or "crisp"

Thank you for the tips! I will have to shop around and see what I fancy. I like the sound of the yellow tail Jammy White Roo but don't know how sweet that would be! I've been looking at loads of different wines today debating what to add to my tesco delivery tomorrow lol!
