Degree Apprenticeship

This may be a really silly question……

If you do a degree apprenticeship do you still get the standard 1, 2:1, 2:2, 3 degree grading or do you just get the pass, merit, distinction for the Apprenticeship?

in the L7 degree apprenticeship I lead, you get your academic results and certificate based on your on module performance and the apprenticeship certificate based on the EPA performance alone.
So 2 certificates- the apprenticeship one goes directly to the employer
