Bra alternatives?

Maybe better posted in shopping, but I’m looking for a bra alternative. I’ve got small breasts (34B) so don’t need much support but after breastfeeding two babies, my nipples are a bit more prominent so I’d like something to cover them a bit when I’m out or at work. The past few years I’ve most worn stretchy bralettes but my skin has been so sensitive lately (perimenopause?) that the bands are very itchy and uncomfortable. I have started wearing cotton camisoles with a tiny bit of stretch, which feels just right, but only around the house or under a thick jumper. Is there something else that provides a bit more nipple coverage? I’m not keen on the tops with built in bras as they also have a tight elastic band round the rib cage and I find the bra portion doesn’t always fit right.

Any suggestions??

There are some excellent bra vests available with matching undies. Very comfortable and supportive, they wash well too. Peacocks and Tesco have them.

Thank you, do they give good coverage for niplles?
