Home alone - what would you have for tea?

I could have leftovers (lamb meatballs and macaroni cheese) .... but they aren't calling to me.

Any suggestions - what would you have? (no allergies - no dislikes apart from liver).

I'm always alone so get to please myself.

Yesterday I had steamed asparagus on strips of Serrano ham and poached eggs on top. It's spring in Melbourne and asparagus is relatively cheap right now.

Soup - I keep a few containers of homemade soup in the freezer.
