C section constipation laxido

Hi all

i am a week post my c section op and have been on laxido since as prescribed by the hospital. The laxido runs out in a few days times. I have opened my bowls

for my first cs I got awful constipation post stopping lsxido

does anyone have any recommendations for other tablets Perhaps less strong I can take after stopping laxido

How many do you take a day?
If you went them to be less strong you can take one a day or every other day.

I had lactulose after my c section and hysterectomy

I had lactose as well and I was given 2 bottles so maybe ask to be prescribed another. I also drank loads of peppermint and fennel tea which helped. At first when they gave me 2 bottles I didn’t think I would need them but I did.
