Soothe skin on armpits

I itched my armpits after shaving recently and it's made my skin irritated

What should I use to soothe the skin and stop it being irritated and go back to normal?

E45 cream or Sudocrem.

Men’s ’Cade’ after shave balm from L’Occitane is amazing. Smells manly and costs loads, but is the best soothing cream I’ve ever tried.
