EV Charing + Playground Coventry/Warks

I’m looking for somewhere to break a long journey and charge the car, ideally adjacent to a playground or at least somewhere little legs could be stretched.

Preferably somewhere along the route Banbury A423 up to the A46/M6 junction at Coventry, but it could also be in the Leamington area.

Junction one of the m6 has a good services with a soft play area inside a small park like area outside. Rugby moto. Lots of charging available too. Tesla and someone else.

Thanks for the reply! It sounds ideal but we’re unlikely to be passing that way (although it’s close). Sadly it doesn’t look like the Coventry Corley services have such kids facilities.

ah sorry, so you’re only going to the a46 junction and not joining lower? Sorry I’d misunderstood. I’ll have a think.

Thanks - we’ll be heading on the road from Banbury to Coventry and then the M6 north west. We’ve got to pick someone up on the way, hence not just doing A46 only, but could, or could head round Leamington if it worked better

Every other street corner has EV charging in Coventry. You are never far from one.

(relatives live there) Tick Tock park is near charging points and walkable to shops on Binley Road. Pass it fairly regularly.

I think Allesley park has charging points. (Near A45)

Kids are a bit old for playparks now so not been recently.
