Package tours to China recommendations

I want to book a China tour holiday for April. Please can you give me your recommendations of who to book with. Thanks

We went with Jules Verne. We had an English guide, and guides supplied by the Chinese government, everywhere we went (obligatory). Their English was good, and they were all helpful and friendly. We flew from one city to another, apart from one leg, when we drove to the start of the Guilin Gorges boat trip. Absolutely gorgeous!

I suspect we only went to reputable restaurants. Our guides told us, how some used dodgy cooking oil.

DD2 went the next year with Wendy Wu. She was equally happy with them, but they traveled from one place to another by train.

We’ve used Trailfinders for tours in the past, lots of flexibility to tweak a tour and amazing service, so glad
we used them for Bangkok and Cambodia in 2020!
China is on my bucket list and they had a fab tour including Great Wall,
Terracotta Army and a cruise along the Yangzi river. Unfortunately haven’t managed it yet due to health problems, but worth taking a look. Also they have agencies in lots of towns if you want to do in person.
Highly recommend them.
you can add extra nights in if you want to stop over in the airport city too.
