Can anyone else remember this story? Reminded of it by the thread about a man with balloons groping women

I think it was on Twitter that I saw it, but it could have been a Mumsnet thread.

In the tale, the woman’s daughter had had her bra strap flicked so often by the boy sitting behind her that it had pinged open. Teacher did nothing. She whacked him in the end and walked out to the loos to sort herself out.
The mum was called because they were considering excluding the daughter for hitting the boy. The mum was brilliant- she immediately turned it around to point out that this boy had repeatedly sexually harassed or assaulted her daughter, the adult in the room failed to protect her, and did they want to ask her if she would like to make a police report.

More of our girls need women to stand up for them like this, and more of our men need to see this horrible creepy assaulty behaviour for what it is- and call it out. But I’d love to reread that thread, the woman is an inspiration.

Someone I work with told me a similar story of his niece who had her bra strap pulled. Bad news for the aggressor was this girl did boxing and spun round and put him on his back just that quick. Cue the school wanting to suspend her until the sexual assault issue was raised. Think the boy got a warning but somehow the issue was on the victim.
