is it just me or is there no frozen food on Tesco website today??? Rather strange

Just checked website and app and they are both showing frozen food for me.

Fine for me but the do seem to have lots of new frozen food.

I had a delivery today with no issues with frozen foods, app showing no issues. It could be area specific. We once had this with a large selection of frozen foods and it turned out the freezer had broken down. The other reason is often to do with if they are making a change to a product, it suddenly disappears (and comes back in a smaller amount or a higher price) or if they have stock availability issues. This is more likely if its just one brand of frozen food than all frozen food.

All seems ok for us.

Might just be an issue at your local store?

It must be my area only then. I will check again tomorrow and see if I can add frozen to my slot.

I am doing my very first Tesco order (usually use Asda) and am finding the same problem - can't find any frozen chicken nuggets or fish fingers, and when I search the whole of the frozen department, it seems very limited.

When we were talking to our driver the other day, he said it was usually because the freezers are down and they have to take everything off sale. Mind you, they’ve taken virtually all the ice cream sticks off the website locally for weeks and the last time I went in the store, they had bloody loads.

I think I might have worked out why my Tesco doesn't have much frozen stuff - they are having a store refit (been going on for some weeks now) including new freezers. I noticed I couldn't get paracetamol either, but this time a note came up saying they weren't available until a certain date because of the store refit. I wonder if your store is doing the same @Middleaged73 ?
