McDonalds ad music - help!

It's on the very short ad for their breakfast muffins (I think- definitely breakfast).
I tried looking it up, and everything suggests Orinoccho Flow but it isn't that.
Male vocal, something 'world music' type thing "Hai-yaye ah..." is the best I can offer.
Can anyone help ID it for me? It's stuck in my head.

Yes! Or at least, the beginning is the vocal I was (badly) describe, but I have a feeling there's an original version. It's that one that's the "world music" version I want to track down now :)
