What happens when you stop

Weight loss injections? Has anyone stopped theirs? Wondering whether it's more or less likely that people with return to their previous weight or even heavier?

What's your experience @Tiredallthetimeneedsleep ? How much have you lost and are you worried about regaining? What changes have you made to your lifestyle? If you've done the work and eat at maintenance levels, you should be OK.

I can’t speak from personal experience but two of my best friends have been using them for about a year now. Both have stopped and started a few times and the moment they stop, they start to regain their weight, which has been hard for me to watch! It is consuming their lives and dominating conversations in both a positive and negative way when we are all together.

I know a few people who have stopped and actually gained more weight than they were before they started! Its because they were basically starving themselves so the body has held onto the food & stored it as fat.

My DH has put it all back on since stopping. 2 stone in total

I'm trying to do all the research I can. I need to know if I can take them for e.g. 6 months then stop or if its going to be a lifetime thing which I cannot afford.
