I’ve only just realised that Claudia wears a wig

Watching the traitors and her hair is not real.. cue everyone saying differently but it doesn’t even look like hair at this stage. It’s stiff, sticky and doesn’t move like normal hair..

Ever since I was a kid watching Strictly I've wished she didn't have that awful tan. She'd look pretty without it : why???

I don’t think it’s a wig. Her hair has looked like that for years. She always says her hair is what she gets asked about the most.

While she is answering questions about her hair, she doesn't have to give anything of her real self away.

Haha, I love that show so would have been there with bells on. Especially if Bob Mortimer were to make up a tale about me, I'd die happy.

I used to work for MTV and I was there in the wings when her backing track skipped while she was miming to one of her songs at the Europe music awards. They had to quickly restart the performance, while backstage her crew (and lots of other people) were having a meltdown. Fake hair, fake performance

To be fair, given the dancing that goes in live performances, it's hardly surprising.

Her hair is strikingly different from when she was younger, and I don't mean just the colour, the texture looked finer and it had a bit of wave going on. I think those above that said the fringe is a hair piece might be on to something, and I know from being a teenager that regularly dying hair black can make the hairs seem thicker and give a quite synthetic look 🤔

I saw a training segment on Strictly a few years ago. A nice looking woman with dark brown hair, not poker straight, and very little or no makeup on was talking to the couple. I forget who they were, but at the time I wondered who the interviewer was.

It was Claudia. I genuinely didn't recognise her without all the slap. She looked great too.

Well it’s certainly not Head and Shoulders like she advertises! I don’t think it’s a wig tbh if it were someone would have sold that story to the papers

Whilst reading, deeply engrossed in the book, I glanced at the TV and saw the back of a slim figure outside with jet black hair. They wore black leggings and an oversized colourful fluffy jumper. I wondered aloud about what programme this was with Noel Fielding in it.😊

It’s not a wig - or if it is, it is a wig that’s identical to her actual hair, which would rather defeat the purpose of wearing it.

She gets her hair cut at the same salon as my friend, who has seen her there several times.

I can't stand the look of her. It's the same style/look every time. I wished she'd just stop wearing the heavy eye make and the awful hair. I've seen pictures of when she was younger and she was so much prettier

Aha- I've thought for a while that Beyonce's image seems a bit phoney. Ofc most celeb images are to some extent, but the whole 'Queen Bey' thing where she dominates the industry & has an army of vicious stans has always seemed suspicious to me. Similar with Taylor Swift.
I do like her singing but discovering this trickery isn't a total surprise.

That's true. Singers in musicals often gave to dance as well though, and manage it, but they are trained for that.

She doesn’t strike me as a shrinking violet at the mercy of people dictating her image. It’s given her a strong brand, she’s been open about how much she likes the fake tan - she may give it up one day but she’s clearly comfortable with it at the moment.

Fresh dye job I think.

A couple/few of years ago she had her hair dyed in the balyage fashion. It was when Strictly was on and it was slowly growing out.

She's friends with Courtney Cox and when they went out her hair was the same as it always is. Why would she bother with a wig?

I read an article the other day and she had some major eye surgery and said the fridge used to cover her eye that's why it was so long...

It's not a wig!! She has fabulous hair that she happens to also promote through a product she likes.

She said on a podcast something along the lines of I'm basically boots and a fringe, (I am assuming for her celebrity identity). She has also said how she likes to tan and not hidden it. She does hardly any self promos and genuinely chooses jobs to suit her.

I love her! When you see her on the more open convos such as "would I lie to you" or her being interviewed / on podcasts (rare) or her presenting the one question thing, she is just her. What you see is what you get. She just doesn't change.

I don't watch strictly so maybe this is where this is coming from.
