I’ve only just realised that Claudia wears a wig

Watching the traitors and her hair is not real.. cue everyone saying differently but it doesn’t even look like hair at this stage. It’s stiff, sticky and doesn’t move like normal hair..

Mine too! DD makes an ‘argh’ kind of noise and won’t watch anything Claudia is in 😆

It looked like a wig in the outdoor scenes but not inside.

I have the feeling she feels free to big up the orange even more for Traitors. She clearly has a fab time with her image/outfits each series.

If you look at her sister, she also has very thick, shiny, glossy hair so I vote genetics.

I think the majority of celebs are wearing toppers, extensions, lace fronts, etc. That includes the men.

My hairdresser occasionally does Claudia’s hair. I’m not saying she never ever wears a wig, topper, extension or whatever, but the hair she’s now famous for is her natural hair. She does have a keratin thing on it, and presumably a colour now, given her age.

Some people (including my long haired ex housemate from uni) have naturally and genetically good condition hair.
His isn't as thick as Claudia's though.

I read an interview with her ages ago. Apparently she has really bad eyesight, can hardly see but likes to do her own hair and makeup, thats what she said when she was asked about her unusual look.

Love Claudia and she can do whatever she wants. But my guess is that she fake tans it up and enhances the hair, especially the fringe! And that she then gets to go round relatively unrecognised when not on television.

She’s Jewish, lots of Jewish ladies wear wigs. I’m Catholic but I can see a lot of pluses. You never have to meet your hairdresser and do chit chat for a start. Plus a nice warm head without a hat.

I really don't think it's a wig. She had it tied up tonight, and on Strictly at the weekend, and it definitely looked like natural hair to me. She credits her hair stylist on Strictly every week. There's a photo on Insta where you can see it tied up and you can see the roots and scalp etc. also, there's an Insta pic of her from when she had surgery back in June where she's make-up free and has the same haircut/colour but clearly unstyled.

Not too sure if it is a wig or not but given Eve Pollards head of hair I doubt it

ETA: my link wouldn't post so here's the summary, Claudia Winkleman used gravy granules as a substitute for fake tan during filming of the Traitors because she was in a remote location and ran out of her usual tan. She bought the gravy granules from a shop near the castle and said it worked "really well," a story she recounted on the show "Would I Lie To You?".

I don't think it's a wig. She does have a very strange look though that seems to have intensified over the years. DH used to fancy her back in the day but now he says she gives him the ick.

Haha no, she was behind the barrier, I spotted her, lost concentration and went smack down on my back. Undignified and painful. I did manage a cheeky pic though.

I was on the ice, she wasn't. I had to decompress with a hot chocolate and brandy afterwards!

I had blithely assumed that ice skating was like riding a bike. Once you could do it, it'd be fine after a long time gap. Turns out I was wrong.

Beyoncé wears a wig and has done shampoo ads. She also mimes (I know for a fact) but that’s another matter
