Getting Started With Caroline Girvan

I'm 53, reasonably active, but out of condition. I want to be stronger and stave off osteoporosis as much as possible!

I'm looking through her free courses. Is Fuel a good place to start? I'm also doing yoga, Tai Chi and walking, but need to build in some strengthening and bone health stuff!

Thanks for any wisdom!

Watching with interest!

I personally don't think Fuel is ideal as a starter.

2 options -

Free on YouTube is her Iron series;

But go much lighter on the weights than she does.

Or sign up for the 2 week free trial of her app which has an excellent beginners series. https://cgxapp.com/

- YouTube

Enjoy the videos and music that you love, upload original content and share it all with friends, family and the world on YouTube.

Come and join us in the Exercise section where there's a Caroline Girvan thread.

Iron on youtube was my starting point.
