My son is doing Film Studies A-Level and wants to do film at Uni.

For his 18th coming up soon, I thought of buying a newspaper piece about something film-related from the date he was born.

I’ve ended up buying a newspaper from the day he was born but it has no film news in it.

Does anyone have any ideas?

A old film poster. Original depending on budget.

Could you find a film that came out when he was born and find some articles and books about it?

Thank you for the suggestions. I’ve had a look on eBay for a back copy of the paper I read and I’ve got that but it doesn’t have film info in it.

Any other ideas?
