I pay for ChatGPT Plus to keep files and correspondence from different projects I’m working on. Each project had its own settings/info stored. OpenAI have now removed that section from projects and everything is gone. I get that I can keep it elsewhere, but I’m paying for Plus and didn’t expect things to just disappear without warning.
It’s been really useful until now, but I’m questioning whether it’s worth paying for if they can wipe features like that. Has anyone else lost stuff? Are there any decent alternatives out there?
