Sleepover for 11yos - suggestions

In two weeks we are having a sleepover for DD1 who will be 11. There will be 8 or 9 girls there from 4pm till lunchtime the following day.

any suggestions on activities to keep them occupied and amused?

I’ve got glow sticks, quiz and food so far…I’ll not be in their face all the time but from experience I know sleepovers go better when there’s a bit of a plan!

Thanks

Send them home well before lunchtime. They’ll most likely be knackered and emotional by then and once the excitement has worn off they’re much harder work the morning after especially if some of them wake up early.

Some sort of cupcake/biscuit decorating or making of food seems to go down well. You’ve got quite a big number so something like this game could work: https://playwerewolf.co/products/werewolf-a-party-game-for-devious-people

A friend of my daughter brought it to a party she was at and the kids (and lots of the adults!) ranging from about 8-13 loved it. It’s basically like Traitors.

Werewolf

Our Werewolf deck comes with over 50 cards, allowing up to 35 people to play (enough for two simultaneous games as well)! The cards are made of casino-quality paper with a black core to avoid any see-through detection. Also includes: special characters...

Thank you! We did similar 2 years ago with the sleepover and set a collection time for 10am but ended up extending it as they got up so late 🤣 so would do a 12pm pick up like last time. Big difference between 9yos and 11yos though so don’t want to repeat the same activities as before

That game looks great, thank you!
