I know it’s a longshot but I wondered whether anyone who has ordered a bed for them in the past would happen to know how long their warranty period was?
Aspace went into administration last year. They’ve been taken over by GLTC. I got two beds delivered in December 2023. They weren’t cheap beds. I had an issue with one last year and the company sent out a replacement part. I’ve now had the same issue but GLTC have contacted me to say basically there is nothing they can do. I appreciate this isn’t there issue as such, but I have an expensive bed which is faulty.
I’m 99% sure Aspace did a generous warranty period but of course can’t check what it was as their site is no more. If I’m still in my warranty period I might be able to go to my bank!
