Pillow for neck pain (cheap?!)

I recently bought a new Tempur cloud pillow after starting to get neck pain from my old one (was over 3 years old) but I have developed the most awful neck pain this week which is getting worse by the day.

I spent £140 on this pillow and am beyond the 30 day trial so really don’t want to spend a huge amount if possible! I’ve no idea what’s causing the pain, today it spasms and I can’t look down to my right, it’s more in the right. If it persists another week I will phone my GP.

I’ve just this week bought the grooves pillow and for the first time in months I’m not taking pain killers for neck pain. Think they were 2 for £50. I was skeptical as I’ve always slept with two pillows and thought this would be too low but I am sleeping great and have no neck pain
