I bought a jacket on Vinted which I picked up last night, and opened just now. The zip is broken, and it was described as being in “very good condition”. Do I go straight for the “I have a problem” button, or do i contact the seller first?

Always select I have a problem as you only get 48hours to raise an issue before it completes.

Don't just message the seller hoping they will do something as some don't respond and it will time out and they get paid and you are left with an item that was not described accurately.

You could also drop the seller a message after raising the issue if you wish.

Hopefully the seller will be decent and just refund you without a return.

They could also request a return and they have the option to pay for the return, but they are not obliged to.

I have done so. Seller has accepted a return and sent a return postage label, and i have just returned it.
