Hi everyone, so I’m flying abroad with my family tomorrow and thought I was being dead organised by booking our taxi transfer in advance using hoppa. I chose the open “flight time” option for the pick up time. The flight arrives at 2040. I did enter the flight number. However… I’ve been sent something via WhatsApp today and it just says “pick up time 2040”… But we won’t be getting in the taxi at that time as we will have to stand around for ages waiting for suitcases! I’ve just double checked the booking and I did choose flight time so I assume they make an allowance and they’re not actually going to be expecting us at 2040? I don’t really want to have to pay again if they drive off…. Has anybody used this before? Thanks!
