Have you ever had appendicitis OP? Do you have a fever?
Sudden, severe abdominal pain is worth a visit to A&E.

This could be a UTI, I would tested in the morning OP.

If it’s not really painful but just a bit crampy and you don’t have a fever or any other signs of infection then I’d just keep an eye on it and take it easy for a bit. it could be something as simple as constipation, gas, ot your cycle being a bit weird this month.

My appendicitice felt a bit like that - i was convinced i was either constipated or it was endo pain. A nurse asked me if i could hop/ jump? If not then likely appendix- dont askme why!!

Suddenpain · 10/10/2025 21:35

@Colinisatwat thank you .
It's subsided now but was so strange and nothing like anything I could relate too before !

I was convinced to go to A&E by a friend (who is a nurse) where they confirmed it was my appendix and it was promptly removed!
