Just remembered a thread that was posted maybe a month or two ago?
OP wanted a car ride down to visit her son, who was off to do something with a naval connection.
Her sibling and dad were going to the same location to visit the same person, but said there was not room in the car for her.
I don't know if OP came back to say what happened eventually.
Does anyone else remember this thread, and if OP ever updated?
Are there any other threads you've thought 'I wonder what happened to...'?
