Really sorry to hear that.
Treatment has come a long way. You'd be amazed how skilled surgeons and consultants are.
I know you're still going to worry and I hope he gets more information soon ❤️

Nobody knows. You need to be strong for your dad. I hope you have a good network around you and I hope that he gets very, very good care to support him to remission and recovery. I know it is hard but I really believe that positivity can help. He knows about it now and in a way that is a positive. Let's of love

What is the original site, and what is his diagnosis. When you say neck, do you mean lymph nodes or throat or something else? Were you able to attend the consultation with him or could you go to the neck one to understand more?

@Readnotscroll I assume it's lymph nodes and no I didn't go with him

My older brother had spleen cancer. He was having injections twice a week for 3 months rest for 3 months this went on for the year. Ok he didn't have it anywhere else.
5 years later he's very fit and well.

I will pray for you all tonight. I know its scary but mumsnet is a godsend in times like this and you really are not alone x

It depends on the type of cancer and how early they have caught it. If level 3 is the same as stage 3 then fingers crossed they have caught it in time.

My son had blood cancer last year and he's doing really well now.

Thinking of you xx
