So i got a email from the above saying that there was a data breech by Adpost in February affecting over 3 million people with emails, names and user names accessed and i was one of them.

I don't even know what Adpost is

They said to change your
Adpost p/word, set up 2 factor authorisation and if want to set-up passkey.

I thought the email maybe a scam itself but I did sign up I think to be notified if any breaches.

What is Adpost anyone know ?
What do I need to do now , (not noticed anything out of ordinary ie bank, emails etc)

I have changed my google account details but it says change Adpost password , What is adpost ! ?

Adpost is an email marketing service. They send out promotional emails on behalf of clients. I'm not sure why three million people would have logins for it!

In any case, you should change all your passwords regularly (no, I don't either) and, much more importantly, use a different one for every site and service.

Thanks, its weird as i wouldnt sign up to anything for marketing.

And I wouldn't know how to change a p/word for it. I've looked it up and some say Adpost for different countries.

So any thing I use for say online shopping ie Tesco etc i have to change them all ?
