Odd that they used to have a bit of a stigma. Watching one born every minute from donkeys years ago. I never really yearned for a vaginal birth, ouch ouch my kids also had big heads bless em

Yeah, quite a lot women felt like failures.

The stigma still exists in some corners of the internet. Someone I follow on Instagram was questioned because she used the phrase "gave birth" after a C-section.

There definitely was, and maybe still is, a stigma

So glad i had dd by c section. I made the choice after the nurse said 'it will be a very bloody birth either way'
