Well it’s increase or services what would you prefer . I’m sure every council will increase whichever party runs the council . They may well have reviewed all the contracts and costs and at least someone’s done that I guess .

Thank you for article. Interesting that the £40m they are claiming as cost savings are really cost avoidance by cutting investment into transitioning council vehicles to electric and into programs to insulate energy inefficient homes.
