I'm making a curry and I've just added a can of coconut milk. When I tipped it in, it stank, like an egg/farty smell, really unpleasant!! I was about to chuck the curry away but then I smelt it (it had simmered with the coconut milk mixed in for about 10 mins at this point) and it smelt fine. I've tried a tiny spoon and it tastes ok. I've never had coconut milk smell like this before. Anyone know if it's safe or should I bin the curry?!
