Breaking up with fiancé - what do I do?

We own a house and two cats together. No children and we aren’t married.

I’ll be breaking up with him tomorrow and I don’t know where to start. What do we do about the house and how on earth do I find somewhere to live with 2 cats?! I don’t have any family I can go to because of the cats, and again shared housing and rented housing don’t allow pets. So what am I supposed to do 😢

Well you have a discussion and decide the best way forward. If you are safe and he’s agreeable you could both remain in the house until it is sold and then you can both rent somewhere each?

There’s quite a few variables. When I left my ex I rented a room in a shared house and he kept our pets. I used to visit for about six months. It wasn’t an easy decision, but k had to leave and it was the only way.
