Do you do one big clean once every 1-2 weeks, or do you tip away room by room on an ongoing basis?

There is nothing better than the deep satisfaction of a spotless house after a deep clean, but recently, I’ve noticed that our house stays in a much better maintenance condition if I tip away on a room by room basis, doing different rooms throughout the week rather than all in one go. Means I don’t have to spend a whole day at the weekend doing it too.

What’s your cleaning methodology? 🧹

I do both. I chip away day by day and keep on top of everything so it always looks good but then also deep clean as and when I'm in the mood. Nowhere will go more than a fortnight without a very thorough clean but it looks clean and tidy every day too.
