Starting from the pink square at the bottom, you can see it says >4 so you have to choose a tile which has to be a higher number than 4.
From the options available, there's
5 / 5
0 / 6
2 / 6
3 / 6
Depending on which you pick, your game moves on from there, just keep satisfying the coloured regions!
So you can see choosing the 5 / 5 tile would be a no goer as the adjoining purple region requires the two tiles within it to be of a equal number of spots (or Pips).
I hope that helps anyone who struggled to get to grips with the game.
Hopefully we will get more Pippers!
