So I had a handy man out beginning of the year and he put this grey stuff around ! Some of it is already peeling off ! And he put a sealant around work top which is also crumbling ?
What type of trade do I need or is it too small a job

I had a handyman round to put a blind up and while he was there I got him to reseal the sink
. He showed me how to do it while doing it, guess he thought so!

Handyman but not the one you used. He’s probably used the wrong type of sealant.

Resealing the sink is easy. You need some sealant and the tool that you use to apply it. You can get them from B&Q. The sealant should be about £10-15, and I don't know about the tool, but if you ask on FB you may be able to borrow one.

I've just done our kitchen and bathroom sink and they look pretty good.

They are experts in applying sealants, something most trades don't do that well. That's the term to search for. You should find someone local. There's also 'magic men', who repair damage invisibly.
