What Aldi/Lacura beauty products are you using at the moment?

I'm quite into skincare and regularly try new products. At the moment I'm using the Lacura face wash (the one in the pale blue packaging), the vic C serum, and then lip mask (soooo nice). I've only just started with the serum so I can't tell either way, but I like the other two.

What are you all using (if anything) from Lacura, and do you like it?

I rate Aldi I use the hot cloth facewash, the concealer that was a dupe for touché eclait, cc cream. They had really nice face masks for a bit, one that was really moisturising that you could just leave on.

I would say there is something in the lip products I’m allergic too they go all dry and chapped, same with paw paw and Clinique stuff. Has anyone else found that?

ShuffleOn · 03/10/2025 11:53

I use the foaming cleansing face wash which is good ( white and green bottle, dupe for CeraVe's)

I used to use the hot cloth cleanser too (Liz Earle dupe) that was also v.good but I wanted something a little quicker to use at night time.

I like the cleansers I have trouble with the serums and moisturisers though, they all seem to leave a residue and if I touch my face I get little bits of solidified moisturiser peeling off.

Q10 multi serum, rice cleanser, q10 night cream and Vitamin C serum. Eta, love them all as it seems to work with my skin.

Yetmorewifework · 03/10/2025 19:06

I use the Q10 day and night moisturiser. It feels like Nivea cream and if you don't rub it in properly it sits on top of your skin. I don't react to it, which is very helpful. I use their sensitive skin facial wipes in the green packet too sometimes.

I used the caviar cream in the silver pot. It's hard to tell if any good as my skin is fairly decent anyway but it feels nice. Would love to try the Soir Creme de la Mer one plus the almond oil but never see it in my local. In fact i rarely see the beauty stuff. Im in London

I picked up some Lacura ‘aqua primer’ in the middle aisles a few weeks ago and it feels lovely on. I’m quite new to primer and never found one that seems to make any difference, but this one is really refreshing on the skin and actually seems to do something (stops makeup going flaky on my dry skin later in the day). I’ll stock up if I see it again.

As well as other products already mentioned, the hydrating cleanser in the pump bottle, the collagen toner and La Soir eye concentrate are some of my regulars.

Moochuck · 07/11/2025 11:02

@Userengage where did you find le soir?

ARoomSomewhere · 07/11/2025 11:11

I find ALL their stuff very good indeed. The problem is that you can rarely get it.
I found a lovely skin oil they did. Just once.

CheerfulBunny · 07/11/2025 11:18

I'm liking the Le Soir eye cream and serum - shame I probably won't be able to replace it when it's gone (which is always the drawback with these products). I usually use the Q10 moisturisers and eye creams which are fine. On impulse I picked up a hair gel mascara wand thing for flyaways which is fabulous - I have silly fine baby hair bits around my face that stick out at funny angles and it's brilliant fir those.

Typo from me: it is actually La Soie and it was instore as a special a few months ago so I bought a couple of pots which have lasted ages. There was also a face cream to go with it which was very rich so good for night time.

CreepingCrone · 07/11/2025 11:41

I love the Q10 moisturiser. I've switched for good from Olay Total Effects.

7inchesFromTheMiddaySun · 16/12/2025 22:46

Has anyone tried the Laneige overnight lip mask dupes?

I’ve almost finished my Rose Glow facial oil, and I ran out of Rose cleansing balm ages ago. More recently I bought Purple Bonding shampoo for my white hair, and I really rate it.

I wish I knew when these are likely to be stocked again locally, if ever! I could buy them on Ebay or Amazon, but the price hikes put them on a par with more expensive brands.

Squirrelchops1 · 15/01/2026 20:04

Caviar day and night. They're nice

MissyB1 · 15/01/2026 20:12

I’m using the Lacura glow drops, I add a couple of drops to my moisturiser, makes my skin look brighter. I’ve nearly run out and haven’t seen them in the shop for months.
