hi, my 12 year old has his phone set up with Google Family Link, however, he now needs to have google wallet so that he can use his sport membership card at an event he's going to without me (club trip, going with coaches). His membership card is only available virtually and he will need it to sign in on the day.

I have tried a couple of times to get google wallet to work, but I just can't get it sorted.

he can't even get the wallet app on his phone if I remember correctly.

Has anyone managed this? he has a samsung phone. (I have googled and asked chat gpt, but the instructions have not worked).

thank-you.

Can you just screenshot it and he shows the image? I remember there being an age limit when my kids were first trying to set theirs up

thanks, I don't think it is possible to use just a screen shot, but I guess at least it would have his membership number on? it 'expands' out to give more info as well... it's a good thought, thank you!

You have to be 13 to have access to this feature unforuntately. We've got past this by using screenshots for boarding passes/train tickets etc and so far it has always worked.
