Credit card debt...

I am looking for some advice about my credit card.
I have £2500 on my Barclaycard and am paying interest on it now, for instance minimum payment is £67 but interest is £43! I applied online for an M&S balance transfer 0% and they want to speak on phone but not had a chance to ring as always at work.
Should I ring Barclaycard and see if they can do anything to help? All my banking is with them. Or do I speak to M&S and try and transfer?
Thanks!

Phone them both. If your credit rating is good enough to get a 0% deal, see which will give you the longest term at 0%.
Then, assuming you have sufficient funds, take the £2500 you owe and divide it by the term (in months) so that you pay off the balance before the interest rate jumps back up

Actually that might not be the best advice if your credit rating is on the brink of you not being approved. Each application you make for credit will affect your rating. You've presumably already gone through a search with M&S, so stick with phoning just them if that's your situation

Money Savings Expert has a tool where you can see your likelihood of acceptance for balance transfer deals. I’d recommend doing that before applying anywhere else. But as you’ve applied with M&S you may as well call them back as it might just be proof of ID or something they need.
